Service & Support

KEYEX offers a well developed global concept for remote service and support. Updates and additions, as well as corrections can be executed immediately. Should anything need replacing, parts are delivered with the system for prompt hardware service. Together with you or your computer consultant, we can remotely administer all service and support, for both hardware and software.  We have the confidence of satisfied customers in more than 10 different countries, mainly because the fastest and most effective way to administrate our customers is our concept for remote service.

    
Hardware

According to our service agreement, we ensure that you have reserve parts in the event of a breakdown. In the standard “Service Kit” are found an extra portable harddisk, power supply unit and fans. In other words, reserves for all moving parts. The ”Extended Service Kit” is an additional, identical server. It is functionally complete, which ensures that immediate backup is available to meet every contingency.

  
Software
The Service agreement provides that we always maintain a backup copy of your installed system and configuration. This can be used to restore, troubleshoot, test, expand usage or install your KEYEX ComServer. This is a great advantage if you would later like to complement the  system with additional functionality. In this event we have the possibility of testing these alterations, thus allowing for quick and easy remote installation. Re-configuration or re-installation is normally performed on site via the service modem or other agreed upon manner.      

 

Service and support schedule

We take service and support calls between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM every day.  Response to service is undertaken during business hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (CET) when our service technicians are available. A few minutes of telephone support often suffices to solve any difficulties or answer any questions. In the unlikely event that acute service is necessary, our technicians can be made available during off-hours. Extended service and support contracts are available.

Our wide range of experience in developing solutions is a considerable and cost free asset to our customers.
