Installation and training can be accomplished on location or
remotely. These services are always offered at the same fixed price
regardless of location, with the exception of travel costs.
Installation of a KEYEX ComServer includes a complete,
pre-configured system which requires connection only to your network
and electrical outlets, service modem and, when necessary, to a fax
cable. If installation and testing are performed remotely, it is
necessary for the service modem to be connected in order to complete
some adjustments and configurations.
Training of your administrator is done on-site during installation,
or remotely with the aid of documentation and a few hours telephone
support.
We
recommend, however, that installation and training be implemented
locally since your administrator and our technicians can develop a
more effective working relationship, allowing for better information
sharing. This is especially true regarding available, though not
initially exploited functionality, which can be actualized in the
future.
