Distribution

Ambition:    Company XXX wishes to electronically distribute their order documents (tenders, approvals, invoices etc.) from their business management system via e-mail and fax.

Solution:     The business management system delivers a tender document to the KEYEX ComServer, which analyzes and interprets the document, rendering address data. Thereafter the KEYEX ComServer sends the document automatically to the correct recipient, either by e-mail or fax. No intercession is required, distribution is performed by the ComServer.

Processing

Ambition:    Company YYY intends to refine unsightly invoices generated by their accounting application in order to prevent a displeasing appearance to customers.

Solution:     The accounting system generates invoices to the KEYEXComServer which analyzes and interprets the documents. Thereafter the contents are printed  to a new document form, with a new layout fitting the company’s graphic profile.   Simultaneously, the invoice may now be sent electronically with e-mail or fax, making paper copies obsolete.

                  The document form can be designed and edited using any text editing program.

Capture

Ambition:    Company ZZZ would like to scan in orders from customers who have filled out an order form to have their film developed. The order should be automatically registered in the company’s production and accounting systems.  

Solution:     The order form is received by fax, interpreted by an external ICP/OCR-program, and then analyzed by a KEYEX ComServer for data pertaining to  the order.  The result is then automatically sent to and registered by the accounting system.  When the order is completed and ready for delivery, a status message is sent to the customer using the KEYEX ComServer’s e-mail or SMS service.

Combined Solution

Ambition:    A travel business, Company MMM, needs to reach customers faster and more directly with sales campaigns and “last-minute” offers.

Solution:     KEYEX creates a number of standard forms for use with sales campaigns, “last-minute” booking offers, etc. These forms can utilize customer lists to create mass-mailings directed at specifically chosen customers.  When the company wishes to distribute information to key customers, a revised form using updated data is sent using a predetermined mailing-list.  The information is distributed by either e-mail or fax, while a reminder and a brief notice are simultaneously sent by SMS.
